Vincent has over 9 years of experience as a financial consultant within the Microcap marketplace. Throughout his career he has advised and supported individuals, institutions and corporations in many areas including portfolio analysis, trading, restricted securities, corporate cash management and 401(k) strategy. He earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Stern School of the New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University. He also holds Series 7, Series 63, Life Insurance and Accident & Health Insurance licenses.

Third Party Administrator

To be more efficient, many companies choose to hire a Third Party Administrator (TPA) to handle many of the compliance and back office functions associated with a 401(k) plan. If you currently employ a TPA, we will work with them to provide the best solution possible. We can also recommend a TPA if the situation warrants.

They specialize in plan design, personalized enrollments, preparation of required filings, discrimination testing and continued administration services.
