Taglich Brothers launched its web site on December 1,
1999. This site was created solely for the purpose of opening up the
Microcap World to the financial community by offering free research on
the companies we follow. Since then our web site has evolved and now has
a vast array of services for the companies we cover. E-mail Distribution to Interested Parties:
We have created a secure e-mail distribution system known as the Taglich
Brothers E-mail Alert System, which alerts interested parties when our
research department issues a public comment or update on one of our
companies. This system has been designed to give investors an
opportunity to have a closer relationship with our companies. Companies
are encouraged to submit e-mails and individuals may opt in to
our web site. Each address on a company’s list is proprietary to that
company and does not receive e-mails for any other company or other
subject matter. Taglich Brothers will not release any e-mail address to
a third party.

We create a page on our web site specifically designed for each company
that we follow. This page allows investors access to our reports and
opinions on that particular company. It also permits the
investors to view additional information on that company through hyper
links to other web sites (see our links
disclaimer). These hyper links include a link to the
company’s home page. Although it is not mandatory, most companies
reciprocate by establishing a link from their web site to ours.
