Company Description
Life Partners Holdings, Inc. (the Company) is the parent company of Life Partners, Inc., the oldest and one of the largest viatical settlement companies in the United States. To supplement its viatical business, Life Partners has expanded its operations and services to include life settlement transactions. Viatical and life settlements involve the sale of a life insurance policy issued on the life of someone whose life expectancy can be reasonably estimated (the seller may be either terminally ill or elderly) in exchange for an amount which is less than the face amount of the policy. The Company matches life insurance policy sellers with buyers.
